Are you a highly talented and creative Senior Graphic designer?
We are looking for creative leadership on the concepts, layouts and production of our most significant pitch documents and presentations for Australia’s most significant real estate projects.
This role sits within our Business Development Centre team which is responsible for partnering with our property teams to win our biggest and most competitive client pitches across the office, residential, retail and industrial property sectors to name but a few.
The Senior Graphic Designer will create bespoke concepts and visually compelling solutions for the content contained within these submissions and presentations. While the role is predominantly print design, additional experience in digital platforms and web-based tools would also be highly regarded.
Working across a national client base, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Creation of creative concepts for pitches and presentations (design, layout, execution, and innovative printing techniques)
- Analyse and convert data and information into strong visual solutions for client deliverable's
- Collaborate with the Bid Writer to integrate copy with visual concepts and negotiate layout-driven revisions, as necessary
- Create and manage relationships with market leading suppliers (printers, material providers etc)
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Ideally you will have at least 5+ years Graphic Design experience within the commercial real estate industry, however this is not essential. Candidates from professional services firms and creative agencies are welcome to apply. In addition to that you will bring:
- Strong conceptual design skills
- High literacy with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Any additional skills in After effects, Premiere, Audition or Animate will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of best practice printing and packaging techniques
- Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines
- Flexible, resourceful, and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance
- Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to offer creative input to design solutions
- Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
