About the role
High - paced, professional, ward environment providing support to a multidisciplinary team in addition to Nurse Unit Managers, patients and their families.
Undertake visit transactions in CorePAS/WebDelacy to accurately reflect patient details and their movements whilst inpatients.
Responsible for the effective management of the clerical and administrative activities within the ward or unit.
Ensuring patient information is accurate and up to date in the Patient Administrative System (CorePAS).
Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to the release of information guidelines at all times.
About you
Experienced administrator or customer service officer with a background in healthcare.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills, customer service skills and demonstrated ability to work well in a team.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and a willingness to learn.
Excellent computer literacy.
