About the role:
Bunnings Frame and Truss are now looking for Warranty & Technical Support – Team Member to join the highly experienced Hallam Frame & Truss team . With huge investment in our F&T operations, excellent training, and development strategies plus future growth opportunities across the Bunnings Group, now has never been a better time to join the Bunnings Frame & Truss team.
As a Warranty & Technical Support Team Member your role will provide aftersales service to our Frame and Truss customers. You will be an investigator, an organizer and provide Best Experience to our customers when something is not quite right. Your ability to understand building plans, understand the Manufacturing process from Technical Drawings to Production and Delivery of F&T products will serve you well in this unique and varied role. You will be quick to react to Internal and External stakeholders whilst you provide solutions with focus on warranty, admin, resolving structural build issues. You will be supported by our Technical & Production teams and whilst building knowledge is preferred, we can teach.
You can expect to work with Microsoft products, Salesforce software and be joining a growing team of 4-6 Warranty & Technical Support Team Members. With the rapid expansion of F&T manufacturing across Australia the Warranty & Technical Support role can offer pathways into Leadership roles, Detailing, Estimation, Technical Solutions and many more.
What's involved:
- Provide monthly reporting, generate purchase orders and action credits
- Coordinator Site inspections and measurements when required.
- Liaise between sales, technical and production/despatch departments
- Document and record agreements
Who we're looking for:
As a Warranty & Technical Support Team Member for Frame and Truss you will be a highly driven individual with an ability to understand building plans and manufacturing processes. Your pro-active, organized and have strong time-management skills whilst able to develop relationships through excellent customer communication both written and verbal. You may have come from a previous Customer Service or Warranty focused environment either face to face or phone based and whilst Building Knowledge is not essential an interest in Construction, Engineering or DIY is advantageous.
