Your opportunity
- Process invoice payments either electronically or manually, transferring of floor plan between both internal and external dealerships, following up and collecting any overdue payments on aged stock, deferred payment privilege units, dealer monthly charges and free floor plan associated costings
- Collate all fees and charges due from the dealer network that relates to bailment and capital loans in preparation for the Direct Debt run on the 15th of the month.
- Follow up the dealer for payment of funds once the extended settlement term has expired.
- Monitor control of ages stock at dealership.
- Process transfers of floor plan requests on a daily basis and follow up bi-weekly
You will bring to this role
- Prior experience in financial services, wholesale, or dealer operations (automotive industry preferred)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in processing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and customer focused mindset
- Comfortable using Excel and working with financial systems
