Forest Lake Lodge is a 150-bed, privately owned aged care facility, with 240+ staff. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are committed to excellence and integrity in all aspects of our operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Workforce Manager at Forest Lake Lodge, will assist in managing rostering functions, workforce planning, and forecasting to ensure optimal staffing levels that meet the clinical, operational and regulatory requirements. Providing clear leadership and guidance to ensure high-performance and continuous improvement within the workforce administrative function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end rostering process for all departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to support short-, medium-, and long-term organisational goals
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving workforce flexibility, retention, and work-life balance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance rostering efficiency and workforce performance.
