Reporting to the General Manager, the Workforce Manager at Forest Lake Lodge, will assist in managing rostering functions, workforce planning, and forecasting to ensure optimal staffing levels that meet the clinical, operational and regulatory requirements. Providing clear leadership and guidance to ensure high-performance and continuous improvement within the workforce administrative function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end rostering process for all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to support short-, medium-, and long-term organisational goals
- Support initiatives aimed at improving workforce flexibility, retention, and work-life balance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance rostering efficiency and workforce performance.
- Forest Lake Lodge is located near shops and public transport.

- Experience with centralised rostering models.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant industrial instruments, and legislative obligations.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in workforce forecasting and planning.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
