The role
The Workplace Services Partner will lead the delivery of frontline workplace services, shaping responsive support strategies that ensure a safe, efficient, and well-managed environment. From coordinating vendor relationships and maintaining essential supplies to managing mailroom operations and overseeing agile workspace etiquette, you’ll drive operational excellence while enabling smooth day-to-day experiences for staff and visitors.

What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and support staff to achieve high performance and service standards
- Proven experience managing day-to-day mailroom operations, ensuring timely processing and delivery of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach to service delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Experience responding to enquiries and routine requests, escalating issues appropriately to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Capability to assist in coordinating Workplace Services operational projects and contribute to successful project outcomes
- High-level administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records, registers, and databases in line with records management protocols
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development opportunities
