This is an exciting entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments, engaging with people, and solving problems on the go.

About the Role
As a Workplace Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of the office, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of workplace services including reception, concierge, meeting room coordination, mailroom support, and access management. You’ll play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and efficient experience for all employees, clients, and visitors.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist employees and visitors with professionalism and warmth

  • Manage reception duties, access passes, lockers, and general workplace queries

  • Assist with meeting room bookings, event setups, and AV troubleshooting

  • Provide timely responses to helpdesk requests and liaise with other workplace teams

  • Coordinate mail, courier deliveries, and general office consumables

  • Support site audits, floor walks, and service escalations as needed

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and workplace policies

About You

  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or reception-based role

  • A natural communicator who thrives in service-oriented roles

  • Well-organised and able to juggle competing priorities

  • Tech-savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Friendly, proactive, and solutions-driven

  • High attention to detail and a professional demeanor

  • Completion of Year 12; additional qualifications in hospitality or admin a plus
