The day to day
As an Associate Director, Sales Support & MNS Operations, you will lead all aspects of sales support and operational excellence in our Enterprise division. You will develop and implement a scalable Sales Support strategy, coordinate the Customer Assistance Executive (CAE) function, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
In your role, you will:
Lead the MNS Quoting & Operations team, ensuring seamless integration and support for technology delivery.
Drive automation and standardisation across ICT support processes to reduce manual effort and increase service reliability.
Lead the offshore operating model, including capability planning, performance management, and execution.
Act as the business owner for operational tools, championing the exploration and implementation of AI and automation.
Drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Technology, and Delivery teams.

Proven experience in leading sales support teams with a track record of delivering outstanding results.
Strong operational management skills with the ability to coordinate complex projects and ensure flawless execution.
