The Opportunity:
Anglican Care are looking for a strong Admin Assistant to provide a high standard of clerical support to the Community Aged Care Teams in the Hunter region.
This is a Permanent Full-Time vacancy with hours to be worked between 7am – 5pm for coverage (early start or late finish).

Role & Responsibilities:
- Observe confidentiality relating to participants, their records and Organisational matters at all times
- Answering phone calls, directing enquiries to the appropriate person and establishing telephone contact on behalf of relevant parties
- Undertake project work under the supervision of the Lead and Managers where required
- Assist with the induction of new staff members, including preparation, collation and forwarding of paperwork as required
- Maintaining appropriate stationary supplies and assist with the ordering of other supplies
- Manage mail delivery and messages for the team when required
- Prepare data and reports for individual programs as required by the Care Partner/Community and Home Care Manager
- Provide scheduling back-up and assistance to the scheduling lead when required
About you?
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Sound computer literacy skills, including work processing, desktop processing, desktop publishing, databases and spreadsheets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and individually
- Ability to prioritise and maintain a high standard of work under sustained work pressures
- High level data entry accuracy with attention to detail
- Knowledge of aged care (desirable)
- Experience with client management and rostering systems (desirable)
- NDIS Workers Clearance
- Australian working rights
- Current drivers licence
