Don’t Stop The Party is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations for 1000’s of events every year.
Our exciting and rapidly growing business is looking for Admin “Ninjas” that can quickly develop in this exciting industry and ensure our clients are satisfied.
What you’ll do..
- Answer phone, email, and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Create, edit, and review quotes, contracts, delivery routing, and rosters for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Liaise with Operations and Warehouse crews to ensure a seamless delivery process.
- Achieve sales, conversion, and response time targets.
- Manage consumable re-ordering for optimal inventory levels.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
