Your Role: Be the Heart of Our Operations
As an Administration Officer, you’ll ensure our centre runs seamlessly providing operational administrative support while delivering exceptional care to our patients and families. From scheduling site activity, and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, your attention to detail and customer service will enhance the experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all people to the site with warmth and professionalism.
  • Schedule activity across a range of services within the facility
  • Manage patient information accurately.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone and in person.
  • Support the site with organisational tasks.
  • Uphold Icon’s vision and values in every interaction.

Who We’re Looking For
Are you proactive, personable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service? Join us if you have:
  • Experience in administration, preferably in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, and private health systems.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Word and Excel.
