Hunter New England Equipment Services is seeking a motivated and versatile Administration Officer to join our dynamic team.
This is a unique role combining office-based administration with occasional field duties, offering plenty of variety and independence in your workday


What Does the Role Look Like?

As an Administration Officer, you’ll be part of a supportive team performing a range of tasks, including:

  • General administrative duties and data entry
  • Customer service and assisting clients with packing equipment into vehicles
  • Moving and organising equipment at the depot
  • Relieving drivers when necessary, delivering equipment to client’s homes
  • Planning and prioritising your own daily tasks

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse role combining administration, hands-on manual handling, customer service, and time out on the road—making a direct, positive impact on community services.


We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

  • Self-motivated and enjoys working autonomously
  • Skilled in managing and prioritising tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable performing manual handling tasks, safely and in accordance with WHS guideline
  • Customer-focused, with a can-do attitude
  • Interested in a role with variety — both in-office and field-based responsibilities
