Hunter New England Equipment Services is seeking a motivated and versatile Administration Officer to join our dynamic team.
This is a unique role combining office-based administration with occasional field duties, offering plenty of variety and independence in your workday
What Does the Role Look Like?
As an Administration Officer, you’ll be part of a supportive team performing a range of tasks, including:
- General administrative duties and data entry
- Customer service and assisting clients with packing equipment into vehicles
- Moving and organising equipment at the depot
- Relieving drivers when necessary, delivering equipment to client’s homes
- Planning and prioritising your own daily tasks
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse role combining administration, hands-on manual handling, customer service, and time out on the road—making a direct, positive impact on community services.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Self-motivated and enjoys working autonomously
- Skilled in managing and prioritising tasks efficiently
- Comfortable performing manual handling tasks, safely and in accordance with WHS guideline
- Customer-focused, with a can-do attitude
- Interested in a role with variety — both in-office and field-based responsibilities
