About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to provide leadership in the implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive range of Corporate Services Administration which support clinical units in an environment of change and development across Redcliffe Hospital whilst taking the professional lead of administration staff supporting Emergency, Switchboard and Patient Admissions and oversee a monitoring and auditing system to ensure that these services comply with appropriate funding sources.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Facilitate collaborative partnerships and provide strategic advice to management to ensure appropriate administration services to clinical services are efficient, effective and professional.
Establish a leadership and management framework that fosters and promotes the principles of quality administration services.
Conduct regular meetings with administration offices in order to coordinator the existing services provided in line with best practice principles and continuous quality improvement processes, ensuring staff are aware of changes.
Develop and participate in quality activities for the service such as monitoring and critically reviewing administrative work practices and procedures, make recommendations and implement change to improve service delivery.
