What you'll be doing
The JMO Relationship Officer provides the Chief Resident Medical Officer (CRMO) with daily administrative support in their role and supports the JMO Medical Workforce Unit with various administrative tasks. The JMO Relationship Officer is the first point of contact for all hospital site (and allocated services) JMO matters; providing support and advice to JMOs, managers and other key internal and external stakeholders.
Note: JMO includes Residents, Trainees (Registrars), Provisional Fellows, Career Medical Officers, Honorary Junior Medical Officers, Clinical Placements and Observers.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration experience working for a complex organisation.
- Demonstrates customer service focus with a proactive and responsive approach to enquiries whilst understanding the need to maintain confidentiality.
- Values positive working relationships with staff at all levels and with external stakeholders.
