Join our team as a Business Support Officer, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Zinfra Power Services South (ZPSS). In this dynamic role, you’ll provide vital administrative and operational support to the ZPSS Personal Assistant, Leadership Team, and the wider business unit. From coordinating day-to-day tasks and supporting business initiatives, and business documentation, your contribution will help keep our team running efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities include
- Coordinate and support internal engagement initiatives, communications, and events that celebrate and connect our people.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of wellbeing programs and recognition activities across the business unit.
- Manage compliance-related tasks including processing invoices, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate business records.
- Build strong working relationships with leaders, colleagues, and stakeholders to support effective collaboration and smooth business operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance business support services
About You
You’re a highly organised team player with exceptional communication skills and a knack for prioritising and planning ideally within utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or a corporate services environment. With strong time management skills and discipline, you’re ready to keep our operations running seamlessly! To set yourself up for success, you will also possess the following skills and attributes:
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Confident understanding of administration with strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.
