Support Engagement Officer
- Ongoing, Full-Time Role
- 80 Hours per Fortnight (1 ADO per month)
The Support Engagement Officer works within the Support Engagement Team to deliver the highest level of donor care, stewardship, and data integrity across all giving types and fundraising channels, to develop relationships, improve support engagement and maximise the Foundation’s income objectives.
The role works closely with the Support Engagement Manager to cultivate and steward new and existing supporters, by implementing and evaluating stewardship plans in line with the Foundation’s service level standards, predominantly through face to face, phone, mail and email. The Support Engagement Officer has responsibility for maintaining accurate records of donor activity in the Foundation’s database, ensuring compliance with all relevant Privacy and Fundraising Legislation, and acting as a first point of contact for enquires as required.
Renumeration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025. HS Grade 1 Year 1 (HS2) $66,768.00 per annum (full-time equivalent) to HS Grade 2 Year 5 (HS21) $73,811.92 per annum (full-time equivalent) dependent on candidate experience.
