Your new role
Key duties include but are not limited to:
Monitor, action or assign new requests via the Colleagues & Culture Inbox to the relevant Colleague Partners or Advisers, ensuring all items are actioned and assigned in a timely manner and including follow-up action where necessary.
Provide assistance to colleagues on HRIS related queries and use initiative and judgement to ensure matters are dealt with expeditiously and appropriately, identifying those which should be referred or known to others, minimising interruptions to the team.
Maintain tracker records and meet SLA on onboarding and other colleague employment changes.
Process payroll information and liaise with Payroll as required.
Support colleague lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers and departure processes.
Prepare the Colleague & Culture (C&C) annual calendar of events and support key initiatives including performance and remuneration review and annual survey.
Support the broader C&C team as required and other project initiatives to support the Colleague & Culture (C&C) Strategy.
What you’ll need
- Tertiary qualification in HR Management or related discipline is required.
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Well-developed sense of initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.
High levels of self-motivation and a proactive approach.
Proven ability to deal with confidential matters.
Strong attention to detail.
