What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be supporting the Diabetes Service team to deliver excellent patient care through administrative and customer service tasks.
Coordinating appointments and patient records
Assisting with clinic operations and waitlists
Maintaining stats and ordering supplies
Communicating with patients and staff
Supporting team goals and safety practices

Selection Criteria:
Proven extensive clerical experience in a busy reception/customer service position
Demonstrated effective communication skills-written and verbal with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidently, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and urgency
Demonstrated computer/data entry skills specifically MS office email and iPM
Demonstrated experience in working with multi-functional teams preferably within a heath setting
