What’s the role?
This Sydney based opportunity, sits within Group Finance and plays a key part in the Strategic Risk Data Environment (SRDE) Platform and Migration Program. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of change across a critical transformation initiative, helping Westpac transition from a legacy platform to a future-ready solution.
You'll lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of change across the SRDE Migration Program, ensuring outcomes are clearly defined and aligned with strategic objectives. This includes managing stakeholder engagement, implementing human-centred change solutions, and driving readiness and sustainability to embed lasting change across the organisation.
What do I need?
We’re looking for a skilled change professional who can navigate complexity and drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience delivering complex change across large-scale transformation programs, with a proven ability to navigate strategic priorities and drive outcomes- within banking or financial services environments.
- Proven ability to lead and manage specialist team members within both line and matrix structures, with a strong track record in people leadership and team development.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing capabilities, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.
- A solid understanding of human-centred design and change planning.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within scope, time and budget.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
