About the team:

This role sits within the Employee Experience & Change team and will enable the successful delivery of ASX’s workplace relocation. Partnering with multiple streams, including Technology, Facilities and Communications, the Workplace Change Manager will ensure all change readiness requirements are met to enable a smooth transition. As final preparations for the relocation progress, we’re seeking a self-motivated, hands-on change professional to help drive an engaging employee experience and support a seamless move.

The Employee Experience & Change team is pivotal to the relocation of the ASX head office into our new space in Martin Place. More than just a property move, it is an experience for our people, underpinned by new behaviours and practices that when embraced collectively, will transform the way we work. This change spans physical, digital and behavioural dimensions to enhance the overall employee experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate and deliver change activities to ensure a smooth transition for our relocation program.

  • Partner with the Program team and Business divisions to support and align logistical preparations and readiness.

  • Prepare and manage timelines, checklists and status reports that track change activities.

  • Engage stakeholders at all levels of the business, maintaining clear and consistent communication.

  • Develop user guides to support the digital and physical experience.

  • Facilitate education and orientation sessions to build awareness and capability and drive adoption of the new ways of working.

  • Identify and manage gaps, dependencies and risks by taking an active role to ensure effective issues resolution.

  • Support the embedment of new behaviours and practices aligned with the new ways of working.

What you will bring:

Must have

  • Proven track record of 5+ years of success in driving transformational change in complex change environments

  • Experience operating as part of an OCM team on a project and/or as single OCM resource

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management

  • Prior experience with facilitating training sessions

  • Experience in design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and plans including education programs

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Relocation Projects

  • Certification or training in Change Management methodology (e.g.: Prosci, APMG)

  • Experience in software/technology projects, M365 Tools
