As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Client Services Assistant to support our dynamic accounting team.
About the Role
We’re seeking a flexible, energetic, and detail-oriented individual who excels in administration and organisation.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our professional team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client administration including onboarding and implementation
- Managing client documentation and liaising with the ATO
- Coordinating office workflow and handling client enquiries
- Providing administrative and executive support to the accounting team
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with client billing
- Maintaining company records and lodging documents with ASIC
- General office duties including data entry, filing, and scanning
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Motivated by challenges and driven to exceed expectations
- Passionate about people and delivering exceptional client experiences
- A proactive team player with strong attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Teams; Xero or FYI experience is a bonus)
- Experience in public accounting or professional services is highly regarded
- Aligned with our firm’s values and available to work full-time in our office
