About the opportunity

The Centre for Continuing Education team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Coordinator to provide a broad range of general administrative and client services support.

In this role, you will utilise strong administrative and organisational skills to coordinate and undertake a range of activities. You will proactively and efficiently manage incoming enquiries and outbound client contact, applying an understanding of the prospective clients’ learning and development needs to support their progression to an enrolment. Other a dditional administrative duties will be performed as required .

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • deliver onsite daily administrative services via telephone, email, and in person, ensuring professional and timely support is provided to staff, facilitators, students, clients, and visitors

  • process enrolments, payments, credit vouchers, refunds, and invoice requests

  • liaise with debtors and creditors to ensure timely resolution of outstanding payments

  • provide advice, guidance, and information to students about CCE’s course offerings, including course-specific information and recommendations based on individual needs

  • p rovide onsite support to set up and maintain teaching and learning spaces, open and close the building, and complete service requests for the facilities as needed

  • undertake work activities relevant to the role’s key accountabilities, as approved by management and commensurate with the role’s classification level.

About you

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, using initiative and sound judgement

  • Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively during busy periods

  • Well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building, and influencing skills
