About the Role:
As Construction Supervisor, you’ll oversee site operations for a $12M modular classroom build at Highgate Primary School—part of WA's $4.4B investment into school infrastructure. Due for completion in April 2026, this is your chance to lead with impact, drive safety and quality, and be part of a team shaping the future of learning environments.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
- Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
- Coordinate resources and generate contracts
- Ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Identify and mitigate hazards and risks
About You:
- A trade certificate or equivalent experience
- Proven construction site supervision experience
- White Card and First Aid certification
- Open driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple project sites
- Excellent time management and planning abilities
- Ability to interpret drawings, reports, and engineering specifications
- Commitment to safety and compliance
- Ability to travel between site in Highgate, Perth and the Rockingham office
