Consultant, Marketing (Instalments & BT)

In the role of Consultant, Marketing (Instalments & BT), you will join the Sales & Instalment Lending Team that takes pride in making a tangible difference to customers by offering market-leading products.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Engage with multiple stakeholders across Data & Analytics, Telesales, Marketing Campaign management, Product and Partner teams to implement instalment portfolio uplift strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external Partners to secure their support for initiatives crucial to instalment products
- Work with Data & Analytics to develop and continuously review instalment portfolio health reporting.
- Regularly present and disseminate portfolio performance results among internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with all relevant stakeholders to build new capabilities and resolve events and other product related fixes.
- Ensure portfolio level instalment sales objectives of NAB and the Partnerships are aligned and met.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Marketing experience with a strong commercial lens.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and in managing external partners.
- Experience with optimizing the effectiveness of customer communication strategies and assets.
- Experience in working within the regulatory framework that govern marketing of financial offers.
- Experience in assessing the feasibility of new initiatives e.g., Profit and Loss modelling, market analysis.
- Experience with using MS Excel for data analysis and presentation skills to present complex concepts to management.
- Critical thinking - solve complex problems in a simple and scalable manner.
