About the role
As Coordinator of the Roads Maintenance Performance Contract (RMPC) you will coordinate the planning, programming and delivery of roads and drainage asset maintenance services to ensure our city's roads are safe and well maintained.
With your proactive nature and good organisation skills, your focus will be on delivering routine and scheduled maintenance for designated state controlled roads as well as:
- Coordinate allocated programs of work, including allocation of resources, budget monitoring and monthly reporting in accordance with the RMPC contract
- Undertake mandatory inspections and initial investigation of defects, determine priority of defects, plan and program repairs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to deliver timely and effective maintenance solutions
- Produce documentation including job records, work instructions and incident and performance reports and inform the preparation of the yearly budget forecast
- Manage TMR Emergency Policies and Procedure on councils managed State Controlled Road Network

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction (Supervision), or equivalent qualification in civil maintenance or related fields
- Current Queensland C class driver’s licence
- Experience in road maintenance operations and contract management
- Substantial experience in a related role and the ability to lead effectively will be highly regarded
