Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, and reliable staff to join our team of health care professionals to support and empower the diverse community around us. Must have capacity to work flexibly and must have a current driver's license. Must have experience with complex clients and assisting clients to appointments within the community including appointments in the Sydney Metropolitan area and have access to a car. Must have availability to complete split shifts and 2 hour services.
Ability to speak English is essential for this role.

The role may include but not limited to:
- Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home*. But will include assisting clients to attend appointments in the Sydney Metropolitan area.
- Assistance with personal care tasks including showering, toileting and feeding.
- Light domestic tasks including assistance with cleaning and cooking where needed.
- Community access including recreational activities, shopping and transport assistance.
Essential:
- Drivers Licence & access to your own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Check or NDIS Workers Check
- Working With Children’s Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Booster)
- Flu Vaccination
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including short shifts
Desirable/Highly preferred but not required:
- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.

Pay: $41.00 – $70.00 per hour
