In this role, you will enhance the quality of life for our clients by delivering tailored support that fosters independence and meaningful community participation.
Current Client Vacancies
- 34-year-old male with autism and intellectual disability (non-verbal)
- Currently in Melbourne CBD; soon relocating to Highett.
- 7-year-old female with intellectual disability and ADHD
- School in Aspendale; home in Keysborough
Available Shifts
- Daytime community access Overnight support
Casual hours give you the flexibility to balance work with your personal commitments, while making a direct impact in people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Facilitate community access, social engagement, and therapy/educational activities.
- Deliver overnight support, including personal care and light household tasks.
- Implement and adapt care strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
- Support clients in building life skills and achieving personal goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with families, health professionals, and team members to ensure quality care.
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (mandatory)
- Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s licence
- Right to work in Australia
- Flexibility to work across different shifts and locations
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to inclusion
Preferred
- 3+ years experience supporting people with disabilities (especially complex behaviours)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Community Services, or equivalent experience
- Educational or professional background in related fields (e.g. social work, psychology, education, nursing).
