Band 4 Salary Range: $71,433.96 to $76,185.72 per year plus 12% superannuation

We have an exciting opportunity to join Latrobe City Council as a Planning Administration Officer.
The Role
As our Planning Administration Officer, you’ll support our Statutory Planning team to deliver Planning outcomes that contribute to the ongoing liveability and sustainability of Latrobe City, and you'll do it with our community front of mind.
You will also:
- Maximise efficiency of Councils systems and processes to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Planning Services
- Process of requests, enquiries, complaints and applications
- Timely completion of reporting requirements
- Maintenance of departmental resources.
About You
You will harness your customer service and organisation skills to provide administrative support to the Statutory Planning team and provide effective and efficient engagement with key stakeholders.
You'll need:
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Demonstrated experience in an office administration role.
- Adaptability, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- A desire to contribute to a fantastic team culture.
- The desire to excel!
Successful applicants will be required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
