About the Role: As eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimising our online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating online trading, promotions, and product updates to enhance the customer journey
- Supporting the rollout of branded, category, and landing pages across the website
- Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and style guides
- Driving best practices in user experience (UX) and website functionality
- Collaborating with the front-end development team to implement HTML and CSS best practices
What You Will Bring:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud & SAP highly regarded)
- Technical skills in HTML & CSS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute within brand guidelines
- A team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent time management – comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Passion for delivering an exceptional digital customer experience
