About the role
As our Exam Support Program Coordinator, you’ll support the Senior Medical Educator – Exam Support Program in developing and coordinating a pay-for-service program for registrars preparing to take the RACGP Fellowship exams. Reporting to the Registrar Performance Review Lead, you’ll work closely with medical education teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
As our Exam Support Coordinator, you'll also:
Coordinate planning, implementation and delivery of the program.
Develop resources to support staff in assisting program participants.
Manage administration, documentation and meeting coordination.
Identify risks, issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
Program coordination experience in education, training, or health.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop clear and practical program resources.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
