About the role
Reporting to the Fellowship Exams Lead, The Fellowship Exams Officer supports the end-to-end delivery of Fellowship exams. Working with National Assessment Advisors, Medical Educators, candidates and contractors. You’ll manage exam administration, logistics, systems, and stakeholder support to ensure timely, high-quality, nationally consistent assessments.
As our Fellowship Exams Officer, you'll also:
Coordinate the end-to-end administration, logistics, and delivery of Fellowship exams, including enrolments, materials, rosters, communications, and candidate support.
Provide high-quality stakeholder service, responding to candidate, contractor, and educator queries, and offering technical support for exam systems.
Support exam content creation and review, liaising with National Assessment Advisors, Medical Educators, and GP contractors to ensure quality and consistency.
Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with policies, and implementing process enhancements for exam delivery.
