About the role
As the Executive Assistant to the Campus Clinical Head, Nuclear Medicine, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient management and daily operations of the Clinical Head Office. You will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, including diary management, document handling, and maintaining effective information systems. Your professionalism and initiative will be critical in managing competing priorities, resolving complex and sensitive issues, and serving as a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, you will undertake project work and provide clerical organisation and logistical support for the Mobile Bone Density Unit (MBDU). This includes coordinating staff travel and accommodation, liaising with rural sites, and ensuring smooth transportation of the mobile unit. Your ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands, and foster strong working relationships will contribute significantly to the ongoing success of the department and its services.
