We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to work as the right hand to the Co-CEO of a fast-growing, high-profile brand. This is not your typical EA role - it’s a unique opportunity to become a trusted advisor and sounding board to a visionary and creative founder, ensuring every facet of their professional and personal world runs seamlessly.

If you’ve supported a founder before, you’ll understand the pace, adaptability, and problem-solving required. You’ll be central to high-impact decision-making, complex coordination, and maintaining brand integrity at every touchpoint.

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as the CEO’s right hand managing priorities, decisions, and execution across business and lifestyle.
• Own and optimise complex calendars across personal and professional domains.
• Track key initiatives to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and outcomes are met.
• Prepare briefs, agendas, presentations, and talking points for high-stakes meetings.
• Manage travel, logistics, expenses, and competing priorities with calm efficiency.
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive conversations with complete discretion.
• Oversee styling, wellness, restaurant bookings, and media engagements.
• Coordinate appearances with PR, marketing, and creative teams.
• Maintain brand alignment through lookbooks, content calendars, and presentations.
• Anticipate the CEO’s needs, style, and vision, filtering relevant inspiration and ideas.

What you’ll need:

• Experience supporting founders in high-growth, creative, or retail industries
• Background in fashion, media, consulting, or brand strategy highly valued.
• Proven ability to manage executive operations, communications, and projects at a senior level.
• Self-starter with exceptional initiative - you move fast and make things happen without needing direction.
• Resilient under pressure, calm in chaos, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strategic thinker with operational sharpness
• Systems-oriented and process-driven, with a passion for efficiency.
