As the Executive Assistant you will be required to provide a comprehensive, confidential, efficient and effective administrative support service to the Clinical Director, Nursing Director and Emergency Department SALHN.
About the role:
As the Executive Assistant Emergency Department, responsibilities for the role will include:
- Provide high-level, confidential administrative and secretarial support to Divisional Management.
- Act as personal assistant to the Clinical Director & Nursing Director.
- Deliver administrative support to senior managers, divisional committees, and working groups.
- Lead and support divisional projects and undertake other duties as required.
About you:
- Effective time management skills to coordinate appointments and manage diaries/schedules.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team with minimum supervision and produce outcomes.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative to improve systems or procedures within set guidelines and policies.
- Experience providing administrative support to senior managers in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience in transcribing, proof reading, minute taking and editing of medical documents to meet required standards.
