About You
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to supporting executive leadership. While experience in the education sector is not essential, it would be highly regarded. More importantly, you bring a collaborative attitude, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Your Role
As the Executive Services Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide high-level daily administrative support to the Principal and Deputy Principals, including diary management, travel arrangements, and workflow coordination
Prepare and manage confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
Interpret and apply departmental and school policies, ensuring compliance with legislative and procedural requirements
Record and distribute meeting minutes, and provide summaries of briefings as directed by the Principal
Manage and maintain the school calendar, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of key dates and events
Handle school purchases using the corporate card, including reconciliation of statements and management of supporting documentation
Assist Deputy Principals with teacher absences by maintaining the absence register, booking relief staff, and managing entries in Tracer for payroll purposes
Coordinate and manage key school events such as Awards Night, Graduation, ANZAC Day Ceremony, Open Day, and Parent-Teacher Interviews
Collaborate with teaching staff and the Student Services team to produce and distribute consent forms for excursions
Provide support for additional school events, including creating certificates, assisting with bookings, and other administrative tasks as required
Other tasks as requested
** Please note: this role requires a 6.30am start each day **
