Clerk Grade 5/6 | Salary from $99,938 to $110,271 pa. + superannuation

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Support Officer to join our dynamic Research Assurance team. In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Group Director, Research Assurance, and team members—helping drive operational excellence and strategic outcomes.
What You’ll Do
As Executive Support Officer, you will:
✅ Provide confidential, high-level support to the Group Director and team
✅ Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, and presentations
✅ Manage calendars, prioritise requests, and track deadlines
✅ Support procurement, recruitment, project and financial administration
✅ Maintain databases, generate reports, and manage key systems
✅ Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and stakeholder engagement
