Experienced Barista Wanted – Join the Team at Stoa
Stoa is not just a café and bar — it’s a thoughtfully designed space for connection, good conversation, and even better coffee. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate barista to join our growing team.
About the Role:
We’re after someone with genuine hospitality in their heart, a love of quality coffee, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, beautiful environment. You’ll be serving up coffee by day and working within a team that transitions into an elegant, buzzing space for wine, cocktails, and tapas by night.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of specialty coffee experience
- Latte art is an absolute must
- Confident on a busy machine with speed, precision, and consistency
- A warm, professional presence — great with customers and teammates alike
- Availability for 30 hours a week, including weekends (more available for the right candidate)
- Ability to support smooth daily service and maintain high standards
- Interest in growing with us as we evolve
