Job Description

Your Opportunity to Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Feedmill in Berrima, NSW. This full-time role will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Working Monday to Friday during office hours (38 hours per week), you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating office tasks, and supporting the wider team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication and organisational skills.

Daily Tasks

  • Provide administrative support to the Feedmill team, ensuring smooth operations
  • Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping with accuracy
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial administration tasks
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office duties
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support site safety initiatives by maintaining documentation and assisting with audits

You Will Bring to This Role

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • A commitment to workplace health, safety, and compliance
