Your Opportunity to Join Our Team
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Feedmill in Berrima, NSW. This full-time role will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Working Monday to Friday during office hours (38 hours per week), you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating office tasks, and supporting the wider team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication and organisational skills.

Daily Tasks
- Provide administrative support to the Feedmill team, ensuring smooth operations
- Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping with accuracy
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial administration tasks
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office duties
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support site safety initiatives by maintaining documentation and assisting with audits
You Will Bring to This Role
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- A commitment to workplace health, safety, and compliance
