What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing weekly payroll and timesheets via ShiftCare
- Handling NDIS invoicing, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping
- Building and maintaining financial systems: budgets, P&L, cashflow reports
- Partnering with leadership to drive smart financial strategy and improve internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in Bookkeeping, finance or accounting (NDIS/healthcare experience highly regarded)
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, and ShiftCare
- Strong attention to systems, accuracy, and visibility
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
