Job Description
Lead a team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Haematology and Solid Tumours, aligned with global and local objectives.
Oversee the planning and execution of new product launches and indication extensions (e.g., EBC, CML, PNH, ITP, and emerging pipeline).
Foster a high-performing team culture, providing coaching and development for emerging talent.
Utilise data and insights to design and execute impactful multi-channel marketing plans tailored to clinician preferences.
Collaborate cross-functionally (medical, sales, market access, and vendor partners) to ensure cohesive execution of business goals.
Uphold compliance with Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and internal policies, ensuring ethical standards in all activities.
Drive robust business planning and manage P&L to ensure effective resource allocation and prioritization.
Develop external partnerships across the therapeutic area to improve patient outcomes and support market access strategies.
Your Profile:
Extensive Pharmaceutical Marketing Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of proven success in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally with expertise across both Haematology and Solid Tumours.
Leadership in Complex Environments: Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, change, and evolving business priorities. High learning agility to adapt and excel in dynamic environments.
Strategic and Collaborative Approach: Skilled in developing impactful strategies and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Oncology Expertise: Strong understanding of the oncology landscape, including therapeutic area knowledge and a vision for driving innovation in cancer care.
