Are you passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and love coordinating memorable group stays? Join our team at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park as a Group Reservations Sales Coordinator and play a key role in creating seamless experiences for our valued guests.
As a Group Reservations Sales Coordinator, you will support the smooth operation of our group bookings and reservations. You’ll be the first point of contact for group enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely communication while maximising occupancy and revenue opportunities. Working closely with our Sales, Events, Revenue, and Front Office teams, you’ll help bring group stays to life, from the first enquiry to final billing.
This is the perfect role for someone with reservations or front office experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing guest service with administrative excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Handle and coordinate group booking enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt responses.
- Input and manage reservations accurately in line with hotel policies and timelines.
- Prepare group information sheets and liaise with hotel teams to ensure flawless execution of group stays.
- Support payment processing, rooming lists, cancellations, and terms and conditions.
- Assist with group reports, forecasts, and statistics for the Reservations and Sales teams.
- Maintain professional communication with guests, agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Uphold Accor brand standards and the Heartist service philosophy.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Reservations or Front Office role, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Opera is preferred.
- Service-oriented with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work with attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and cultural awareness.
