This position is responsible for leading a cross-practice team of product specialists charged with the innovation, development and governance of all Brennan Products and Services (Products).
Working with practice leads, managers, the customer team, and other key business contributors the team will create new innovative products, along with being responsible for managing the lifecycle of the existing products, to ensure their relevance, differentiation, value, profitability and ongoing innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Product: Lead the drive to modernise existing products, help GTM with new innovative products & govern all product development through a matrix of practice-based product architects by work with delivery & sales teams along with the voice of the customer to challenge, iterate and innovate on new products & services.
Leadership: Managing the team (both direct and dotted line reports) to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Being the driver of change around products within Brennan by collaborating with Senior Leaders throughout the wider business.
Governance: Establishing and enforcing the standards by which all Products are created, documented, stored, priced and presented to customers. This includes:

- Deliver and report on product roadmaps to ensure that the Service Catalogue is ever green within our CPQ platform for self-service by our Solution Architects.
- Ensuring that all Products have a common look and feel so that when
bundled together they present as a unified offering. - Ensuring that all sales and marketing collateral are well managed by the cross departmental product team.
- A background in the lifecycle management of relevant industry products and services. Minimum 5+ years in product mgmt.
- Technically curious, inquisitive and a natural problem solver who strives to understand the detail behind customer business challenges in order to deliver business winning solutions.
- Strong industry familiarity and experience in the IT Managed Services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and mentor staff by being the change agent for innovation.
- Experience in presenting solutions to customers and sales personnel to secure new business.
- A demonstrated ability to create positive sales and presales engagements and relationships.
