The Role

Are you an experienced HR Officer or HR Coordinator ready to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives? In this key role, you'll be a go-to person for managers and employees across the business. • Managing HR Helpdesk queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Championing best-practice onboarding and offboarding for employees and volunteers
  • Supporting change initiatives, policy implementation, HR Projects and system improvements
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date HRIS employee data and reporting
  • Preparing employment contracts and employment variations, including classifying and supporting recruitment processes and ensuring compliance

About you

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in and knowledge of HR practices, legislation, and industrial instruments (EBAs or Awards)
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (desirable, not essential)
