**What’s the role?**
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior Account Service Co-coordinator to join our talented team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start or grow their career in client service and content coordination in the media and marketing industry.
Reporting to the Senior Account Service Director- the Junior Account Service Co-coordinator is responsible for providing content and operational support and administrative services to senior account service and content leads across the agency. The primary responsibility is to assist in the smooth running of key accounts and agency functions across the three state teams.
**Responsibilities**
You will be hands-on in day-to-day tasks that keep our projects on track and our teams connected, with responsibilities spanning administrative support, client service, team assistance, and content coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries, emails, and phone calls
+ Monitoring and managing shared inboxes
+ Processing supplier invoices, raising purchase orders (POs) and tracking costs
+ Assisting with client invoicing, quote sourcing, and coordination of WIP meetings
+ Organising travel, team events, and supporting with SLT expenses
+ Helping coordinate content production including photoshoots, deliverables tracking, and monthly digital analytics reports
+ Supporting with website checks, magazine mail outs, and general admin filing
+ Writing internal communications and assisting content editors with research and fact-checking
