POSITION OUTLINE – Junior Client Support Coordinator (Entry-Level, Values-Based Role)

This role is ideal for a junior candidate who wants to be mentored, held accountable, and developed into a trusted operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing new referrals, intake documents, and service onboarding activities
- Liaise with clients, families, and providers under direct supervision
- Track service delivery outcomes and alert the team to risks or follow-up tasks
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in alignment with our internal systems
- Support Alex in managing daily workload, calendar, files, and follow-ups

Performance & Pathway
- 12-month contract with monthly check-ins
