We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist to join the L&D Team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively be responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and oversight training activities as well as managing relevant initiatives and driving change to deliver industry capability. In addition, the referent will support in implementing inclusion strategies and benefits to support disadvantaged groups.
This position has the potential to be part-time 4 days per week.

Your focus will include:
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, including workshops and inductions on company processes and IT systems, ensuring alignment with values, safety, and operational standards
- Plan and oversee mandatory training, monitor completion, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver functional and system-specific training, while developing and maintaining up-to-date training materials and digital resources
- Collect feedback, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and engagement
- Support company-wide learning initiatives such as leadership programs, digital platforms, graduate and internship programs, and promote a culture of continuous development
- Support in managing partnerships and collaborate on inclusive hiring practices, support programs for underrepresented groups, and contribute to traineeship, apprenticeship, and youth engagement initiatives aligned with social responsibilities goals
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Development
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Experience within the Construction industry will be highly regarded
- The ability to learn and apply new skills and technologies to keep up with changes in the industry or workplace
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Abilty to build and maintain productive relationships
