As a Licensing Services Officer you will be responsible for processing electrical licence applications and providing advice to licence holders and applicants regarding licensing related matters. You will also assist with general administration work as required. The role reports to the Senior Licensing Officer, Electrical Licensing.

Key responsibilities include:
Process electrical licence applications according to legislative and policy requirements.
Undertake administrative duties as required by the unit's business and administrative processes.
Assist with the coordination of correspondence and records management.
Respond to electrical licensing related enquiries from internal and external clients through written and oral advice.
