We are currently recruiting for individuals with Logistics experience who are keen to join our support team.
About the role
The Logistics Coordinator will assist the Logistics Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. We aim for standard and consistent practices among our customers, so we take customer service seriously. Every member of the logistics department is responsible to offer prompt assistance to internal and external customer requests and sharing information on delivery schedules both arrivals and dispatches. Staying on top of all activities and coordinating with other departments are essential qualities to possess in this position as well as proactiveness and planning.
- Receives products and coordinates delivery as per company / client request.
- Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demands.
- Ensuring DIFOT is met, addressing any delivery issues (shortage/Redirection/Damage) in due time.
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes where possible to maximise efficiencies.
- Monitor transportation, inventory and warehousing using SAP and department files.
- Offer outstanding customer service by providing clear communication and updates through reports and emails.
- Monitor 3PL warehouse activity and daily work allocation as per KPIs.
- Verify & reconcile service provider invoices.

- Fashion Retail/Wholesale experience
- Ability to analyse data and understand connections
- Experience with 3PL/Warehouse operations
- Microsoft Office, SAP
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
