Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and assign daily driver tasks efficiently, optimizing routes to reduce costs.
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and timely support.
- Handle driver and customer inquiries, resolving issues during transport operations.
- Monitor driver progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate responses to unexpected situations (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, delays) and implement contingency plans.
- Analyse operational data, recommend improvements, and enhance fleet efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to support overall company operations.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management tools.
- Problem-solving ability and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Minimum 2 years of office-based work experience in Australia (logistics/transport industry preferred).
- Must hold valid working rights in Australia (PR or Citizen only). No short-term applicants.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
