We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, events, and social media, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing online/offline marketing events
- Support video shooting, editing, and content production
- Manage and operate company social media accounts
- Organize and archive company documents and materials
- Data entry, client information management, and form completion
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms; prior experience in content management is a plus
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player
- Mandarin-speaking candidates will be highly regarded
- Experience in real estate or finance will be considered a strong advantage
